MINISTER of Education, Adamu Adamu, has said the scheduled West African Senior School Certificate Examinations will no longer hold between August and September, 2020.
This was part of the resolutions reached at the Federal Executive Council meeting held on Schools Wednesday.
The meeting was presided by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Adamu said it was not yet safe for schools to resume and urged state governments that intends to open schools to be cautious as COVID-19 was yet to reach its peak based on available records.
