Head of Media and Publicity of the commission, Wilson Uwujaren made the disclosure in a statement issued on Wednesday.

He disclosed that the suspects were apprehended at their hideouts in Ogbomoso, disclosing that the operation was based on intelligence on their alleged criminal activities.

He said, “At the point of arrest, five cars, several mobile phones, laptops and other incriminating documents were recovered from them.

“Twenty of the 22 suspects have been indicted by the investigation.

“They will be charged to court as soon as the investigation is concluded.”
