The Maris Trust Council, MTC, has felicitated with Chief Philomena Ededey Ugheminaye on the occasion of her birthday.
In a statement issued by the Secretary, MTC on Monday in Asaba, Comrade Fidelis Egugbo, the MTC described Chief Ugheminaye as a strong politician who is committed to impacting positively on the society.
MTC recalled how Chief Ugheminaye made positive contributions during the discussion segment of the year 2024 edition of the annual Maris Public Lecture series.
The statement reads, “Chief Ugheminaye, today, we join your family, your friends and political associates to celebrate with you as you mark the anniversary of your birth.
“Your birthday has provided an occasion to celebrate your achievements as someone who has served Deltans in different capacities using the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
“The nation and humanity in general are still reaping the benefits of your contributions during the year 2024 edition of the Maris Annual Public Service Lecture where you joined Hon. Joan Onyemaechi Ada-Anioma, Dr. Barry Pere-Gbe, Chief Tony Amaechi and Barr. Freddie Toritseju Erulu-Ede to discuss the topic, ‘Flights of Talents: Navigating Nigeria’s Brain Drain Predicament,’ (Japa Syndrome), a lecture delivered by a renowned scholar, Prof. Stella Chinye Chiemeke, the Vice Chancellor, University of Delta, UNIDEL, Agbor.

Chief Ugheminaye is presently, the member representing Delta Central at the Delta State at the Delta State Local Government Commission.
