DELTA State has 101 cases of COVID-19 on admission, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has said,
While admitting that no case of COVID-19 was recorded in the state on Sunday, NCDC on its verified Twitter handle on Sunday night, said, 1,652 cases have been discharged out of the 1,802 cases recorded, adding that the state has recorded 49 deaths as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It also, revealed that Nigeria recorded 126 new cases on Sunday.
“On the 27th of September, 2020, 126 new confirmed cases and 2 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.
“Till date, 58,324 cases have been confirmed, 49,794 cases have been discharged and 1,108 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
“The 126 new cases are reported from 12 states – FCT (30), Lagos (24), Rivers (23), Ogun (13), Katsina (9), Plateau (9), Ondo (6), Kaduna (4), Kwara (4), Imo (2), Bauchi (1), Edo (1),” it said.
33,322,779 cases have been recorded all over the world with 1,002,561 deaths and 24,642,356 recoveries.
