RENOWNED Ndokwa-born musician, Ejime Nwaoma, will on Sunday, thrill fun-lovers at Asaba, Delta State.
Organisers of the show, Ezhi Oyi Social Club of Nigeria, said no stone would be left unturned to ensure that the event billed to take place at Delta State Arts Council, St. Brigid’s Road is a success.
Speaking to Newsden, Azuka Okpochini, also known as Ogbe Onyeke flanked by Henry Eke (Ekwuocha), stated that Ukwuani music is appreciated all over the world and bringing Ejime to perform in Asaba is the first in the series of such to happen in Asaba and its environ.
“We are set for the mother of all shows in Asaba.
“On December 20, Ejime Nwaoma will perform at Arts and Culture Pavilion in Asaba: it is going to be an all night show and we are confident that it will be a night to be remembered.
“Ezhi Oyi Social Club is promoting Ndokwa-born musicians and in Asaba, we are starting with Ejime Nwa Oma because he is very popular among the people.
“Ezhi Oyi was formed in Kaduna in the early 1980s but, Asaba branch was established in 2008.
“Ndokwa has a large population in the state capital and with our shows, Deltans will be more united and find forum to unwind.
“I can tell you that we are set and it will be a memorable night of thrills and frills.’
