MEMBERS of Central Sub Zone, Delta Zone of the Neo-Black Movement of Africa Worldwide on Friday, donated assorted gift items to King’s Kids Orphanage Home, Effurun, Delta State.
The gift items donated includes beverages, bags of rice, toiletries, cornflakes, packets of Indomie, custard, palm oil and drinks to the Orphans to mark the 3rd year anniversary celebration of the Central Sub Zone.
Our Correspondent reports that the presence of the body at the Orphanage Home changed their mood, as they were seen wearing smiling faces during the visit.
Speaking during the visit, the Leader of the team who happened to be the Co-ordinator of Central Sub Zone, Comrade Sylvester Obire, said the visit was to give the orphans, a sense of belonging.
According to him, “Members of Central Sub Zone are here today to give the orphans a sense of belonging; to make them feel loved. We wants them to have the feeling that they are not neglected but loved by the society. ”
He said the humanitarian, non-partisan, non-religious and non-tribal Organization was at the Orphanage Home to put smiles on the faces of the orphans.
Receiving the items, the Nanny of King’s Kids Orphanage Homes in DDPA Housing Estate, Effurun, Mrs Oboh Josephine, expressed appreciation to the Organisation for the kind gesture in providing sucour to the less privileged in the society.
The highlight of the occasion was prayers said by the Orphans, as they prayed for growth, peace, love, blessings, increase wealth, protection, job opportunities and long life for every members of Central Sub Zone, Delta Zone and NBM Worldwide.
