Three persons have been rescued from the rubbles of a two-storey which collapsed in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The building which was under construction, caved in on Thursday as a result of what residents of the area described as use of substandard materials for its construction.
The three persons who were rescued from the building located in the Ada George part of Port Harcourt, sustained different degrees of injury.
