The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,  has reiterated its intention to win the 2023 General Election, as it has the capacity to do that.

The party stated this on Monday, November 14 when it resumed its ward-to-ward campaign in Ika South Local Government Area.

Addressing the people at the various Wards visited, the Chairman of the party in Delta North, Elder Moses Iduh, tasked the people not to relent in their efforts to mobilise voters for the election, as he echoed the preparedness of the party to win the 2023 elections.

The Chairman stated that all it will take is the commitment of every member of the party to work towards victory, by being focused on the mobilization of voters, as the party is the best in the ballots, who can further the development of the State from May 29, 2023.

“Our party, the PDP has all it will take to win the elections in 2023, let us remain focused with efforts towards the mobilization of our friends, and family members to vote PDP on the elections days.”

Also speaking on the same theme, the Delta North Senatorial Candidate, Prince Ned Nwoko said the party will emerge victorious in the Presidential election and other elective offices that will be contested during the general election.

According to him, the PDP will come top with the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the Labour Party, LP trailing behind.

Prince Nwoko who had been on the campaign trail with his wife Regina, while speaking directly to the youths of the area said that they should not be deceived by the Obedients slogan, as many have rejected the ideology of the LP and the Obedients movement.

While reassuring the youths of a better deal for them for the rest of their life, he said things had gone very bad in the Country, and it is only the PDP that can repair the bad situation through its “Rescue and Reset Nigeria” agenda, under the leadership of Atiku Abubakar as President come 2023, and Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as his Vice-President.

“My dear people, especially the youths, let us not be deceived by what you see on social media, about the Obidients movement. It is all mirage. It’s not real, the party cannot rescue Nigeria from its present predicaments. As for the APC they have nothing to campaign with or offer Nigeria and Nigerians again. They, through their various policies impoverished Nigerians. We must stop them with our votes.”

Speaking further he emphatically told them to vote for the party in all offices, as the party is presenting qualified, tested and capable candidates for the election.

“At the State level, we must maintain control of all offices. Our target is to win all five offices in the State. Nothing should be left for the opposition. Our candidates are all tested, capable, and tested hands”. He stated.

He further assured the youths that the PDP will create one million youth entrepreneurs every four years.

The wards visited were Ward 3, Ozanogogo, Ward 1, Ime-Obi, Ward 2, Ime-Obi, and Ward 4, Ahilagu.
