Niger State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Hon Umar Yabagi has called on the people of Katcha Local Government to live in peace, unity and tolerance
Yabagi who was speaking at a meeting with stakeholders of Katcha Local Government, advised youths and people of Katcha to be their brothers keeper and promoting the spirit of forgiveness.
The commissioner reiterated that the government is working to stabilise the economy and growth of the country, even as he called on the youths to pray for, and cooperate with the government, as well as maintain peace within their communities, irrespective of religion.
While expressing the hope that katcha would remain a centre of peace, unity, and piety, Yabagi tasked religious leaders to always strive to promote peace and tranquility
The commissioner went further to declare no protest in katcha local government area of Niger state.
